Founded by Natalie Tyler, a respected attorney recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine for multiple consecutive years, Tyler Family Law Firm is built on the belief that every client deserves honest guidance, thoughtful strategy, and relentless advocacy.
Meet Our Founding Attorney – Natalie Tyler
With a career focused entirely on divorce and family law, Natalie Tyler has earned a reputation across Georgia for her skill in handling complex legal matters with compassion and precision. She has represented hundreds of clients — from high-profile professionals to stay-at-home parents — with the same level of care, respect, and attention to detail.
Natalie brings not only legal knowledge but a psychological insight into her practice, holding a B.A. in Psychology (magna cum laude) from Georgia State University and a J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. She is also trained as a Guardian ad Litem, giving her unique insight into child custody and the best interests of children.
Her dedication to excellence has been recognized by her peers and organizations such as: SuperLawyers Rising Star (2018-2025) Speaker at the Annual Dispute Resolution Institute Moderator at the American Bar Association Family Law Conference

Elizabeth Schneider, Attorney
Ms. Schneider is an accomplished litigator and mediator with extensive experience in family law matters throughout the metro Atlanta area. She graduated from Northwestern University’s prestigious Medill School of Journalism in 2004 and earned her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2010, where she excelled in client counseling and drafting. These foundational skills continue to inform her clear, strategic, and client-focused approach to the practice of law. Ms. Schneider has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, one of the Top 40 under 40 by National Trial Lawyers, and has been awarded the Client Champion Award by Martindale-Hubbell.
Ms. Schneider has practiced with several of Atlanta’s leading law firms, establishing a proven record of success in litigation and trial advocacy. In addition to her courtroom experience, she is highly trained in alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Schneider has been a qualified mediator since 2010, a domestic mediator since 2013, and, since 2021, certified to mediate cases involving domestic violence. This dual perspective—as both an experienced trial strategist and a skilled mediator—enables her to guide clients effectively, whether through litigation or negotiated settlement.
A resident of Atlanta since 1996, Ms. Schneider is deeply committed to serving her community and providing clients with skilled, thoughtful representation tailored to their unique needs.
Sawyer Sparnell, Paralegal
Sawyer is an experienced paralegal with a strong background in family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Over the years, she has worked with respected firms across Georgia, supporting attorneys in every phase of a case—from intake and discovery to mediation, hearings, and trial. Her skills in legal research, document preparation, and case management ensure that both attorneys and clients receive consistent, detail-oriented, and compassionate support.
Having gone through her own experiences with divorce, Sawyer brings a unique perspective and a deep sense of empathy to her work. She understands the emotional complexities that often come with family law matters and is committed to guiding clients through the process with patience, care, and clear communication.
Sawyer earned her Master of Arts in Law from Regent University, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, and completed her Paralegal Certification at the University of Georgia. Outside of the office, she loves being with her son, spending time with family, and traveling.
